Located in the idyllic seaside town of Edmonds, this kitchen received a much-needed remodel to revamp its frustration-inducing layout. The clients are avid cooks, and after a few months in their new home decided it was time to do something about the poorly laid out kitchen.
We analyzed three possible configurations, and landed on one that increased the kitchen’s footprint, as well as optimizing workflow. The finishes in the kitchen hail from the Pacific Northwest, with custom-made cabinets in natural cherry made in Oregon, and bespoke hexagonal tile handcrafted in Portland. The mix of warm woods and pops of color create this one-of-a-kind space that our wonderful clients will enjoy for years to come.
