Our clients and their busy family are undertaking an expansion of their home tucked up in the Issaquah Highlands. The project began with a focus on revamping the kitchen, which features soaring ceilings and great natural light, but a frustrating layout. We then took on the rest of the home’s design, creating a cohesive plan with family living at the forefront.

Design approach: fine-tune the kitchen’s layout to optimize space for cooking, entertaining, and everyday family life. Implement a nature-inspired palette throughout of light stone, eucalyptus and natural oak to create calming spaces with minimal visual noise. Finish it off with inviting furnishings and beautiful built-ins throughout.
