Nestled in a landmark midcentury high rise building on Lake Washington, our returning clients purchased a Seattle condo with breathtaking views. The space was a mishmash of changes made throughout the decades. Shannon Adamson Interior Design was called upon for a comprehensive redesign to correct layout issues, introduce functionality and increase accessibility.

Drawing inspiration from both the views and the 1969 Roland Terry-designed building, a fresh material palette blends midcentury style with textural finishes and furnishings. Each surface and textile was vetted for durability and pet-friendliness, as well as aesthetics. Pattern play is used throughout the condo, contrasting with a mix of moody and airy finishes.

An expertly surgical remodel was carried out by Proform Builds. The reimagined condo has created a welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed home to be enjoyed by our clients for years to come.
