Nestled in a landmark midcentury high rise building on Lake Washington, our clients purchased a condo with breathtaking views. Currently a mishmash of changes made throughout the decades, we are updating the condo’s surfaces and layering in textures and furnishings to create a comfortable and inviting space.

Design approach: Drawing inspiration from both the views and the 1969 Roland Terry-designed building, infusing the space with a blend of midcentury style and textural finishes and furnishings. Each surface and textile has been vetted for durability and pet-friendliness, as well as aesthetics.
